Who at Eureka has Access to Your Information
We limit employee access to personally identifiable information to those employees who have a business reason to know this information. We also train our employees to understand the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy.

We do not reveal specific information about customer accounts or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except:

to conduct our business and make products and services available to our customers

to protect against potential fraud and other crimes

to provide information to a reputable credit reporting agency

pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.

If personally identifiable customer information is provided to a third party, we demand that the third party maintain the confidentiality of the information.
