This agreement represents our Terms & Conditions of our Expedited Payment Service as an addendum to your Online Internet Banking/Bill Payment Agreement.
For an additional fee, this service allows you to request accelerated delivery of bill payments. The fee for an Electronic Expedited Payment is $5.00 and the fee for a Paper Check Expedited Payment is $25.00. Business days for purpose of expedited payments with processing and delivery are Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Expedited payment processing cutoff times for purposes of next business day delivery are business days at 6:00pm CT. Payments scheduled on Friday after the cutoff time or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the 2nd business day.
Other Terms of Expedited Payments:
- Expedited payments submitted with incomplete or inaccurate information will still be charged the expedited payment fee.
- You may not request an expedited payment where your available account balance isn’t equal to or greater than the amount of the payment requested plus the expedited payment fee.
- You may not request an expedited payment for an amount greater than the dollar limits disclosed in your Bill Payment Agreement.
All other terms and conditions of your Online Internet Banking/Bill Payment Agreement apply to Expedited Payments including limits of liability and our bill payment guarantees. Consent to this agreement is made electronically for each expedited
payment requested.
