Get to know Sarah A. Landeros, Assistant Treasurer/Secretary

The best advice that I can give would be to show up every day, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and learn to handle criticism.

Before Eureka, what other jobs did you have?

Prior to working at Eureka Savings Bank, I worked in Chicago at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a large public accounting firm. I prepared federal and state tax returns for small private companies and high wealth individuals.

What are your responsibilities at Eureka?

I supervise the accounting department at Eureka Savings Bank which includes maintaining the general ledger, preparing and posting month end entries, and preparing the financial reports for management and the Board of Directors.

What organizations are you involved with outside Eureka?

Through Eureka I am involved with the La Salle Business Organization.

Tell us a little about yourself outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my family and playing/watching sports.

What kind of advice would you have for a soon to be college graduate?
