Get to know Terri Combs, Asst-Vice President & Compliance/BSA Manager
Before Eureka, what other jobs did you have?
My first job was at Hardees when I was 16 years old. After that, I worked retail for many years doing a variety of jobs including gift-wrapping, Ticketmaster, helping clients with skin care & make-up, selling office supplies, and managing a retail store. Eventually, I decided on a career in banking and began as a teller in 2008.
What are your responsibilities at Eureka?
Essentially, I help manage and organize the Bank’s BSA compliance program. I also work on updating procedures to build efficiencies and assist in overseeing the Universal Banker transition among other things.
Tell us a little about yourself outside of work?
I love to travel and spend time with my family. I enjoy the beach, being outdoors, reading and watching crime shows when I have spare time.
What kind of advice would you have for a soon to be college graduate?
As Mark Twain once said, “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
