Before Eureka, what other jobs did you have?

Before starting my career at Eureka Savings Bank 15 years ago, I was a teller at another local financial institution. I was also a clerk in the LaSalle County Treasurers Office.

What are your responsibilities at Eureka?

My responsibilities as a Universal Banker include all teller transactions, assisting customers with Online Banking, opening basic accounts, creating debit cards and all other customer service needs.

Tell us a little about yourself outside of work

I’ve been a resident of Oglesby for most of my life. I reside there with my husband, Shaun. We have one son, Eric. I enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends, going for rides on our Harley, fishing, shopping in Shipshewana and reading Amish books.

What kind of advice would you have for a soon to be college graduate?

Everything that got you here – hard work, drive and confidence – is going to carry you to the future you deserve. Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. And remember, you are braver, stronger and smarter than you think.
